Girl controlling ball
Ball control can be gained at an early age. It just takes practice, the more you play with the ball the better your control. The key is to have fun with it.

Welcome

2010 Soccer Camp was a Blast!
Teaching young dawgs new tricks.
That's the goal of the SoccerDawgs soccer camp 2011.

When: Monday August 1, thru Thursday August 4, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Where: Ionia High School Soccer Fields (Back of High School)
What to Bring: Ball, Water Bottle, Soccer Shoes Recommended, athletic style clothing to allow for active movement.
Register: Online or Ionia High School Office
Cost: $25.00 per Player, $45 for two players or $65 for three players

This camp is for players that want to move beyond the punt -n- chase philosophy that many have become accustomed to. Once young players learn some of the skills and techniques that they are capable of, they will start to unlock the magic that is playing soccer.

Instruction will be given by the coaching staff, former as well as current players from the boys' program in an age/skill appropriate format for boys and girls aged 6 thru 13. Players will learn fundamental skills designed to build their confidence and in turn develop their game to a higher level. All of this in a fun, action-packed environment.

This camp also comes just in time for your young soccer player to show their stuff in the fall IYSOC season offered through Ionia Parks and Rec.
