Juggling is an excellent way to develop a player's balance and soccer coordination, as well as confidence with the ball.

Topics Covered

Soccer Players will be sorted by their skill level and or age group accordingly. The purpose is to group as many players together that share the same knowledge, experience and capabilities so that we can optimize their skill development.

Targeted Age Group Brackets

6 thru 7 - This age group will learn about ball work through playing many different kinds of games. The emphasis will be on keeping it light with a lot of exposure to dribbling, trapping kicking, and a bit of running.

8 thru 10 - This group will still work on ball work fundamentals. But, now they will learn a little bit more about how to play differently on offense and defense along with some footskills for them to start implementing. Plenty of short-sided games. Goalkeeping will be introduced for players who are interested.

11 thru 13 - This group will work on ball control and possession. A broader coverage of footskills also will be included. Soccer players will learn important techniques on playing defensively as well as offensively. Plenty of short-sided games. Goalkeeper training will also be provided for those players interested.
